General Information
Terms and Conditions-
1. Once you've decided on making a purchase, kindly fill up the order form. You'll get an sms on facebook and a confirmation on the availability of the item.
2. Kindly indicate the complete details of your order or the link when ordering.
3. After filling up the order form you are required to pay the order on time. Cancellation of the item is unacceptable. It's considered good as sold.
4. Payment modes
Banco De Oro, LBC pera padala, Cebuana Lhuiller, M. Lhuiller, and through G-cash. Further details will be given to the sure buyer.
For pre-order items- We are requiring at least 70% downpayment, must be payed before the cutoff period. The rest will be payed after the item(s) arrived. We will ship your item when order has been fully payed.
For on hand items- Full payment is required.
For reserve item(s)- We allowed long time reservations (for combined shipping) as long as a 50% non-refundable payment is made for the reserved items.
5. Reservations are not guaranteed unless we receive full payment/downpayment, at least half of the total amount .
6. Items will be sent only after confirmation of payment is made. Please make sure to send us a sms after successfully sending your payment. As much as possible try to include the transaction when confirming your payment.
7. Prices indicated do not include delivery fees. The cost of courier services will be shouldered by the buyer.
8. Our prefered courier is LBC.
9. A tracking code set to your # will be sent once the item has been shipped.
10. Failed to pay the item(s) you order will forced us to post your all infos on our bogus buyers/joy reserver album.
11. We practice a no return, no exchange policy, however be rest assured that all the items will be carefully packaged before it is sent.
Damages caused by courier service are not covered by us. However, we'll assist you in making complaints to the courier service in case this happen....
